The
dictionary will tell you success is the achievement of something
desired, planned, or attempted. There are folks that will say, “One
is successful because they were lucky or they were at the right
place at the right time, “but I say, success is based on choices and
not luck.’
Success has
always been attributed to hard work and pre-planning. Hence, we
have business plans, marketing plans, sales plans and training
plans. Preparation is also a key element in success – not to
mention a goal or destination to be reached. If the Captain of the
ship sailed from port without a destination and a chart or map to
follow, I dare say we would have a lot of ships bobbing about the
four corners of earth.
Your
destination is your goal and your chart is your preparation and
training. You have to make the choice to be successful. What your
mind can conceive, you can achieve. Following are some
